Cartivo connects to your Facebook Pages exclusively through Meta's official Graph API, Webhooks and Facebook Login — using only the permissions required to read comments and manage engagement on the Pages you explicitly connect.

How It Works

  1. Connect your Facebook Page Link one or several of your Facebook Pages to the system through the official Meta OAuth flow.
  2. Upload your products Add products with photos, prices, variants, sizes, colours and unique product codes.
  3. Customers comment Under a post or during a live stream, a customer simply writes a code — for example "DRESS-01".
  4. The system takes over Cartivo recognizes the product code, links the comment to the customer and verifies real stock levels.
  5. Order & reservation created If the item is in stock, an order is created, the product is reserved and an automatic reply is sent to the customer.
  6. Fair waitlist when sold out If the item is sold out, the customer joins a FIFO waitlist. When new stock arrives, items are assigned fairly by registration time.
  7. Secure checkout link The customer receives a private order link to confirm their details, choose delivery and payment, and complete the purchase.
  8. Full visibility for the seller The entire process — products, customers, reservations, orders and statistics — lives in one convenient admin panel.
